Institute for Human Optimization Founder and CEO

He is the Founder and CEO of the Institute for Human Optimization, a physician led precision longevity medical practice based in Hanover, Maryland. The Institute delivers individualized, data driven care by integrating advanced diagnostics, preventive medicine, and performance strategies to address the underlying factors influencing health rather than managing symptoms in isolation.

American Board of Precision Medicine Founder

Dr. Bajnath is also the Founder of the American Board of Precision Medicine, an organization dedicated to advancing clinical standards, physician education, and scientific rigor within the evolving fields of precision and longevity medicine. The Board was established to help physicians responsibly apply evidence based, outcomes focused approaches as medicine continues to move beyond conventional models of care.

But as interest in longevity medicine has grown, so has the noise surrounding it. Promising science competes with premature conclusions. Emerging therapies become trends before their limitations are fully understood. Complex research is often reduced to headlines, protocols, and promises that overlook the individual patient.

Dr. Bajnath created Pursuit of Precision to bring greater clarity, context, and scientific rigor to these conversations. The purpose is not to chase every new development or amplify the latest longevity claim. It is to examine what the evidence actually shows, identify where uncertainty remains, and explore how research can be responsibly translated into clinical decisions that meaningfully move the outcomes needle.

Through Pursuit of Precision, he brings together physicians, researchers, scientists, and other leading voices to discuss what works, what may work, what remains unproven, and what it takes to move medicine from discovery into responsible real world practice.

The conversations are designed to go beyond headlines and easy conclusions. Each episode explores how clinical decisions are made when research, physician experience, individual biology, and real world outcomes intersect.

Beyond his work in medicine, Dr. Bajnath is a husband and father. That personal perspective reinforces his belief that better medicine is not simply about extending life. It is about protecting the health, function, and relationships that make life meaningful.

Beyond the conversation

Work with Dr. Bajnath

The questions explored on Pursuit of Precision are also central to Dr. Bajnath’s work with clinicians, organizations, and teams. He is available for speaking engagements, medical consulting, fractional CMO and advisory roles, and scientific or practice advisory work.
